-Of chocolate cake and tarts..-

The baking class was simply too wonderful for words. Alas I'm having a sore throat so I could only eat 2 mouthfuls of the mango mousse cake while Cass had a great time finishing up everything. I think 2 of us are really inspired by Judy (the instructor) who is really approachable to boot. I asked her so many questions after the class was over.

Also we should be trying out the 2 minute chocolate recipe this coming Sunday. It is really idiot-proof and involves hardly any effort at all. To date it is the simplest recipe I have. Then again the amount of chocolate the recipe calls for is rather a lot and has burned a tiny hole in my pocket. LOL... so come 4pm meeting this week, there should be scrumptious chocolate cupcakes topped with gooey chocolate frosting and delectable strawberry halves. It is pure madness. I'm actually thinking of rushing home to bake before 4pm meeting. ;p This is the time when I regret I don't have a handphone with a camera function. The cupcakes together with the fruit tarts (another recipe) looked really tantalising!

Ok medication's starting to take effect. Shall have an early night..
